Couples and marriage counseling in Tulsa and online across Oklahoma
You may care deeply about each other and still end up in the same painful conversations. Whether you feel disconnected, struggle to communicate, or are trying to rebuild trust, counseling offers space to understand what is happening between you and work toward change.
I’m Richard Turnham, LPC-S, LADC-S. With 17 years of counseling experience, I bring a warm, direct, and collaborative approach to working with couples.
What we can work on
- Recurring arguments and feeling unheard
- Emotional distance and difficulty reconnecting
- Trust, boundaries, and relationship expectations
- The effects of addiction, grief, or stressful transitions on your relationship
What sessions involve
We begin by understanding your concerns and what each of you hopes will change. Together, we look at the patterns beneath disagreements, practice clearer communication, and identify practical ways to respond differently. My goal is to help both partners feel heard while making room for honest conversations and accountability.
Appointments
In-person sessions are available in Tulsa. Video sessions are available when participants are physically located in Oklahoma. Current openings vary.
Ask About a Couples Appointment
Select couples counseling and include the days and times you can both attend, your preference for video or in-person sessions, and insurance or private pay. I’ll respond about fit and availability. The form does not book an appointment; insurance coverage for couples work must be confirmed.
